The Blood Prince, an ancient Elemental Nightmare, is about to break his eternal seal. Only a group of adventurers is nearby. Can they stop him before he escapes, or defeat him in his weakened state? Or will the Blood Prince sink the world into a new nightmare...

Return of the Blood Prince is a 5th level dungeon for 5e. Guide your players through the Mausoleum's primordial corridors, encounter deadly traps and powerful curses, battle an assortment of blood related monsters, and watch your players bite their nails in anticipation as the Blood Prince returns!

Can they prevent the cultists from releasing the Blood Prince? Will they accidentally do it themselves? Will it annihilate the party after its release, or will this otherworldly entity perish at the adventurer’s hands?

One thing is for certain: Should the Blood Prince return, bloodbath will ensue!
